1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the meryph Platform, registering an Account, or using any meryph service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and meryph.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the meryph Platform. Your continued use of meryph following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3Eligibility

To register and use a meryph Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable under Philippine law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Residency / Access Eligibility: You must not be a resident of, or accessing meryph from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• Not an Excluded Person: You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or self-excluded from the meryph Platform or any affiliated platform.
• Own Account: You must be registering an Account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

4Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one meryph Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times. meryph reserves the right to suspend Accounts where provided information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. meryph will not be held responsible for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Passwords must be kept confidential and not disclosed to any person.
• You must notify meryph immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your Account.
• meryph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via Philippine mobile OTP.
• Accounts found to be shared between multiple individuals will be suspended.

5Account Verification (KYC)

meryph is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. This verification process (KYC) may also be triggered at any time during a Player's use of the Platform at meryph's sole discretion.

Acceptable forms of Philippine government-issued identification include:

• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) ID
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

meryph may also request additional documentation, including proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya wallet reflecting ownership). Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful KYC completion. meryph aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the meryph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). meryph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on meryph is ₱100. Accepted deposit channels include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically reflected in the meryph PHP Wallet within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the sending institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing. meryph processes withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya typically within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day following verification. meryph reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending security or compliance reviews.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the meryph Account holder.
• meryph does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 8.
• meryph reserves the right to reverse deposits suspected to be fraudulent or made in bad faith.
• meryph may impose limits on individual withdrawal amounts and daily or weekly withdrawal volumes at its discretion.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on the meryph Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or betting market:

• A bet is confirmed only when meryph's system has accepted it and issued a confirmation. Unconfirmed bets have no validity.
• meryph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets accepted due to software errors, incorrect odds, or data feed malfunctions.
• Winnings are credited to the Player's PHP Wallet automatically upon confirmation of a winning outcome.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game or bet result, the result recorded in meryph's system servers shall be definitive.
• meryph reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any game, table, or market at any time.
• Bets placed after the declared close of a betting event or game round are void and will be refunded.

For live casino games, sports betting, and sabong markets, additional specific rules are published within the relevant section of the meryph Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable rules before placing any wager.

8Bonuses & Promotions

meryph may offer bonuses, free spins, free bingo cards, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements are met in full.
• Standard wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on meryph bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Only bets placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Games excluded from wagering contributions are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Depositing to claim a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Players who attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit meryph promotional offers — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic bonus harvesting — will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and their Accounts suspended.
• meryph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the meryph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Including but not limited to use of stolen payment credentials, credit card chargebacks, false identity documents, or any form of financial deception.
• Money laundering: Using the meryph Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. meryph is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including poker and sports betting.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the meryph Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of system errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Accessing restricted jurisdictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions and access meryph from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to meryph by any person under the age of 21.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one meryph Account.

10Responsible Gaming

meryph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among Filipino players. Online gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a means of escaping personal problems. meryph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders to notify them of elapsed gaming time during active sessions.
• Loss Limit Alerts: Notifications triggered when losses during a defined period reach a Player-specified threshold.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours). During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed for gaming or deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from meryph for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, access to the Account is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.

All gaming activities on meryph are strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. meryph complies with age verification requirements applicable under Philippine law and relevant regulatory frameworks.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the meryph Platform — including but not limited to the meryph brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of meryph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the meryph Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any meryph content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the meryph Platform or its software.
• Framing or mirroring any meryph content on any third-party website or application.
• Use of the meryph name, logo, or trademarks without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of meryph's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, meryph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the meryph Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of meryph.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, errors, or failures in Platform availability.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Decisions made by a Player based on information displayed on the Platform that may contain inaccuracies.

The meryph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. meryph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the Platform or its content. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit meryph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter which cannot be excluded by law.

13Service Availability

meryph operates on a 24/7 basis and endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability. However, meryph does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance periods.
• Internet or telecommunications infrastructure failures beyond meryph's control.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.
• Cyberattacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or other malicious third-party activity.
• Actions by payment processors or financial institutions.

In the event of a system failure during an active game or bet, meryph will make all reasonable efforts to resolve affected bets in a fair manner consistent with these Terms and the applicable game rules. If the system records a game outcome prior to a disconnection, that recorded outcome shall be treated as final.

14Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the meryph Platform — including a game result, a transaction, a bonus, or a customer service interaction — you may submit a formal complaint by contacting the meryph support team via the live chat feature available on the Platform or by email at [email protected].

When submitting a complaint, please include:

• Your registered meryph username or Account ID.
• The date and time of the incident.
• A clear description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking.
• Any supporting screenshots, transaction IDs, or game round IDs.

meryph aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve complaints within five (5) business days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case meryph will provide an interim response. All complaint outcomes will be communicated to the complainant in writing.

15Account Closure & Termination

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request closure of your meryph Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be cancelled and associated bonus balances forfeited. Verified real-money balances remaining in your PHP Wallet will be refunded to your registered payment method following applicable withdrawal processing times.

meryph-Initiated Termination: meryph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Player:

• Violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provides false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engages in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 9.
• Is found to be ineligible under Section 3 at any time.
• Has an Account that has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an Account is terminated due to a Player's violation of these Terms, meryph reserves the right to forfeit any balances held in the Account, including deposits, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16Amendments to These Terms

meryph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — meryph will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendments taking effect.

Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without advance notice. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the meryph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using meryph and may request Account closure as described in Section 15.

17Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the meryph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the meryph complaints procedure described in Section 14. If the dispute cannot be resolved through that process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this Section prevents meryph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or address security threats.
